How much do you actually do about stress in your company?

Stress can cause serious, long-term damage to people.
But it also hits the business hard.

Just take a simple example:

An employee earning around 70,000 DKK per month is off sick for 3 months.
You then need to bring in an external consultant – more expensive, and they need time to understand how things work.

Very quickly, that adds up to 700,000 – 1,000,000 DKK in just three months.

And that’s without counting lost knowledge, relations and flow in the team.

We are not more effective when the pace is too high.
It just breaks people.

So for everyone’s sake – and especially for your employees:

Slow the pace down
Support your people
Take stress seriously before it becomes a problem

It’s not just the right thing to do.
It’s also good business.
